| Image Information RMS Justicia 230ft/70m Depth Donegal North West Ireland. The image clarifies the visibility across this awesome ocean liner. To the right two of her huge double ended Scotch boilers are obvious as are the bulkhead remains left of center. British wreck-divers Andy Abery and Gerry Gouch make their way across the Nikkor 16mm wide angle lens as they prepare to end a 30 minute plus dive over the wreck site. Film Stock Agfa Scala 200x pushed to 1600 ISO. The image was taken using a tripod on a time exposure of approx. 2 seconds using all available light. In this case the tripod was erected across a debris of steel girders in time to catch the divers entering the viewfinder for scale. The color's have been dropped in PhotoShop Dutone where the hue & saturation have been expressed. |
