![]() RMS Lusitania Celtic Sea Ireland Depth 93m. Lusitania represents singularly perhaps the second most famous wreck in history. The image shows one of the covered promenade deck windows alongside an electrical light fitting. Mark Jones pictured using a rebreather, Mark was also expedition leader of 3 successful expeditions to the wreck from 1999-2001. See the Lusitania pages on the expeditions & wrecks link for more information & images. This image was taken with 35mm Fuji Sensia 400ISO with the combination of a single sync strobe working in conjunction with the slave unit the diver is holding. The slave here was set on full power to attain a slightly overpowering & fiction aspect at depth. |
